Hi Comcast,

Still have not heard back from you regarding the three vouchers you owe me from last summer but in the meantime I filed a complaint with the FCC regarding false advertising. You probably are not impressed but it made me feel a bit better.

In any case, once again just like last night the internet went out while I was transcribing for my job, making me lose an entire report and enabling another transcriptionist to grab my work while I was off line. Thanks! Also, since I am venting, is there a reason why Leverage disappeared from VOD and there are only three shows on VOD on Kitchen Nightmares? And they have been on there for weeks. It has become a waste of time even looking at VOD since there is so little on there unless I want to watch 8 min. segments of something from the National Geographic Channel. And I don't feel like paying to watch OLD movies such as the Wizard of Oz even when the free movies are nothing but mostly garbage that couldn't make it to DVD. And when I do watch anything On Demand it often stops after about 15 minutes or so and returns to the main menu. I had asked your customer service about this many times and they denied that it was possible for this to happen so I guess it didn't. Just as I wasn't sitting on the porch that time your serviceman said no one was home.

Well, nice chatting with you. This seems to be a one-way continuing conversation but soon I guess I'll be an ex-customer anyway. We can only hope that when Comcasts manages to achieve a WHOLE LOT of ex-customers you might take notice. I'll check back with you again tomorrow after the internet goes out again and after another day of silence from you. Cheers!
